No, upgrades aren’t available after signing up. Before you commit, an Aisle Attendant will guide you through the platform, explain how it works, review the guest experience, and answer all your questions, ensuring you make the right choice from the start.

These packages include a custom destination theme, which means you’ll receive private consultations with our in-house design team. Website planning is included in all of our plans and begins right after sign-up. It’s designed to help couples get started quickly and efficiently while ensuring they know how to make the most of our platform. Our platform support team, or your Aisle Attendant, will discuss your vision and walk you through the key features that match your needs. If you have a Full-Service plan, simply share your ideas, or connect us with your wedding planner, and we’ll handle everything from there. Nobody wants a delayed guest, so we’ll even liaise with key transport providers to ensure your website has everything guests need to manage their travel plans seamlessly, minimising the risk of last-minute hiccups.
The destination tour is destination research taken to the next level – done in person. Exclusive to our Grand Voyage plan, this service allows your Aisle Attendant to fully immerse themselves in your chosen location before your wedding website is created. During a 2-3 night stay, they’ll experience the destination firsthand, taking in every detail – like the atmosphere, the quality of service at various hotels, and the nuances of each venue. They’ll forge personal connections with key local contacts to ensure your guests are treated with the highest level of care.

The Aisle Attendant, exclusive to our Full-Service plans, offers a much more hands-on, personalised experience. They act as your dedicated concierge, handling everything from website updates to guest inquiries. Beyond providing technical support, they assist with travel arrangements, liaise with suppliers, and ensure that every detail is aligned with your vision. The Aisle Attendant also works closely with your wedding planner, allowing you to step back while they manage the logistics and communication, ensuring a seamless experience for both you and your guests.
No, but before signing up, our team will provide a thorough and personalised platform demo, walking you through all features and answering any questions you may have. This way, you can feel completely confident in your decision after seeing the platform in action.
Yes! A demo is required before signing up to make sure you’re fully comfortable with your decision. The demo is conducted over a scheduled video call and typically lasts between 90 to 120 minutes, depending on how many questions you have and how in-depth you’d like to go.
Need a quicker time? No problem, we can streamline the demo and respond to questions separately at a time that best suits you. We will still require a minimum of 45 minutes.
Start by booking a demo. After the demo, you’ll receive a private sign-up link to enter key details about your wedding. From there, choose your preferred payment plan and complete the payment. Once the payment is received, we’ll begin setting up your Atlas & Aisle website, with the process starting within 48 hours.
We offer payment in full at the point of sign-up, or you can choose an instalment plan with three payments, spaced 30 days apart. For example, the first payment is due at sign-up, the second payment 30 days later, and the final payment 30 days after that. Installment payments incur an additional 5% fee.
Packages start from the day you sign up, whether your wedding is 2 years away, 1 year, or just 6 months. The price remains the same regardless of the timeline. Your wedding website will stay open to guests for up to 90 days after your wedding day. After that, we’ll reach out to discuss the best way to close your website and ensure you keep any data or memories you’d like to retain.
We do not offer refunds, but we’re committed to making sure you have the best experience possible. If any issues arise, our team is always here to work with you and find a solution that meets your needs. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll do everything we can to resolve any concerns or challenges that come up.
If our plans or pricing change after your sign-up date, your original terms will remain in place. This means that any new offers or more competitive plans introduced after your sign-up won’t automatically apply to you unless we decide to extend them. We strive to keep our offerings fair and consistent, but we also remain open to discussing any concerns you might have as circumstances evolve.
If your wedding is postponed, how we handle it depends on your plan. For Self-Service plans, you’ll need to update the new details on your website to keep guests informed. For Full-Service plans, your Aisle Attendant will take care of updating all the information for you. There are no extra charges for changing the wedding date – your package remains active, and the 90-day period before the website shuts down will be adjusted to reflect your new wedding date.
This depends on your plan. If you are on a Self-Service plan, you’ll need to update the website yourself with any new details to keep your guests informed. If you’re on a Full-Service plan, your Aisle Attendant will handle all the updates for you, ensuring that any changes are communicated clearly to your guests and that your website reflects the latest information.
