From the moment Emma & Frankie shared their plans to host a multi-day celebration at the magnificent Il Borro estate in Tuscany, we knew their Save the Weekend needed to do more than announce a date – it had to evoke a setting, a feeling, a sense of occasion.

We started with the gate – quite literally. Working closely with their planner, Federica Beni, and the design team at Wiley Valentine, we translated a hand-drawn sketch of Il Borro’s iconic gates into the digital welcome to their wedding. Guests arrive at the website and feel as though they’re standing right there: amidst the stone, the cypress, the golden Italian light.

We studied the venue’s textures, their stationery palette, and the moodboard Federica had curated – rich with tonal warmth, understated detail, and quiet luxury. From this, we created bespoke illustrations and background patterns that gave the site its rhythm and depth.

The result? A Save the Weekend that goes far beyond a date – it sets the tone for the entire wedding. Guests can browse events, explore accommodation options, and even pre-register for updates – all while feeling like they’ve just begun the journey to Tuscany.

And beneath the surface, the Atlas & Aisle platform quietly does what it’s built for: capturing RSVPs, segmenting guests, assigning rooms, and sending elegant, deliverable emails that won’t end up in a spam folder. Emma & Frankie’s guests are onboarded beautifully – and their planning team is empowered with a digital tool that feels just as curated as the celebration itself.

It’s seamless, it’s designed, it’s guest-ready.
And for Emma & Frankie, it’s the first real chapter in their wedding story.
